Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing assistance, information, and support related to their HVAC needs. You will handle a wide range of inquiries, resolve customer issues, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolution.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing professional and friendly assistance via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Answer calls efficiently and accurately, ensuring callers feel supported and valued
  • Handle difficult situations by listening actively to customer complaints, troubleshooting issues, and providing appropriate resolutions, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Use software, databases, and tools available within the company
  • Maintain customer records, including contact details, service history, and other relevant information, in an organized and accurate manner.
  • Collaborate closely with service technicians, dispatchers, and other internal teams to ensure efficient coordination and resolution of customer concerns.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with the provided services and address any outstanding concerns or questions.
  • Follow company’s policies and procedures

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the HVAC or related industry.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Proficient computer skills, including experience with customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
